Khan'Ov Srekel is a freehold NPC city introduced in Patch 22 which is intended for open PvP. Players may teleport here, but they may not bind.

Khan'Ov Srekel is a copy of and a tribute to Khar Th'sekt, a beloved city once only seen on the Aerynth game map.
