Features
- Divine Favor will now grant to any character in nation.
- The Bastion on Maelstrom is no longer a safezone.
- Sanctuary on Oblivion is no longer a safezone.
- Reduced the cost of 2H Mastery weapons from 500 Galvor to 250.
- Reduced the cost of 1H Mastery weapons from 250 Galvor to 125.
- Added Masterwork Gwendannen Horn Bow (Scout Only) - Chance on hit, Group 10% Defense Buff.
- Added Masterwork Horwathi Bow (Scout Only) - 10% Armor Piercing.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the Great Catharsis Blade did not proc as expected.
